Legal Review on the Medical Law relating to The Medical Tourism Services of Korean Banks

Abstract
It was revised in 2009, to attract foreign patients, Medical Law. And Korean Banks in order to secure lucrative overseas markets and is promoting Korean Medical Tourism services. However, it is difficult to clearly determine the scope of work for medical law that Korean banks can.
In this paper, to develop Medical Tourism products and services, the current status of korean banks with the relevant provisions of Medical Law review was to present the issue and direction for activation of medical services by korean banks. Thus, Korean medical tourism service of Article 27 (3) of medical law "for the purpose of profit, and introduce incentives, such as mediation" is true, whether it leads to attract foreign patients provisions of the proviso of Article 27 (3) clause 2. according to "attract foreign patients contractor as" in accordance with Article 27-2 attract contractor to perform the task of attracting up to be registered or not, and whether to allow Banking Law was examined.
